I propose to the management to offer the inmates the ability make purchases over the Internet, and charge them a fee. :-)
Or even better is to offer an Web prison system, where a person under house arrest who strays further than 20 meters, from his computer will receive an electric shock. :-)
These two initiatives will without a doubt catch the interest of all of the Internet day traders, and will make WHC an internet stock, which without a doubt will contribute to 2,000 % rise of its stock price. :-)
Have a nice weekend, and please do not hold me responsible for leaking inside info. if the above ever occurs. :-)
WHC is not involved in the Internet directly, its residents, are not usually there to be entretained.
However, a house arrest program, in England operated by WHC, (Internet like), the at home user wears an ankle devise a transmitter (logs on), and when they venture away from the phone receiver (logs off), in internet lingo, a certain distance (an alarm) registers at headquarters which is followed by a phone call and/or a home visit. Unfortunately as you may already know, this method is not suitable for all persons.
