That was interesting. Just one point however (for
the author), unless inmates belong to more than one
racial group then the number of prisoners who belong to
one race or another is 130% of the entire federal
prison population. If the federal government legalised
marijuana they could kill two birds with one stone.
Firstly, no one would be incarcerated for possession and
dealing that drug, and secondly everyone else would be
too mellow to consider committing violent crimes. By
the way, I also have cures for cancer, war and world
hunger.
