In all fairness, In my opinion, I think it should be pointed out that One Person, cannot be all things to an organization. A person that serves a corporation, in Dr. Zoley's capacity, has to be able to rely on those that report to him, as well as those that report to the Directors, to do the job properly. No one can be everywhere at once. I think it has been demonstrated by the recent announcement, that the proper steps are being taken, now that 'core' defects have been identified. This re-structuring of management, is a difficult process, to say the least, and results will not be instantaneous. Please allow Dr. Zoley the time he needs to correct any problems, before negative comments become prominent. Positive feedback would help a great deal. It is obvious by the Doctor's recent announcement that the problem identification phase is already complete, and now measures to correct will be implemented. Good Luck all WHC Longs.
I just hope that the ombudsperson will be truly independent and well staffed and will take their role seriously, identifying problems early and making proper recommendations, and not being subject to internal pressure or restrictions. The last thing we need is to try to mask current and future problems.
