Not much discussion on the recent

price movement. Is there something going on here that some of us don't know about? We are continuing to set 52-week highs. I sure would like to know. Thanks.

    • There's been a major base formation forming here for sometime now. The comany's so well positioned for further growth and sells for a low multiple. Like most boards, there's always a wrecking crew of shorts or malicious crazies that plague and attack stockholders. I'm new to this board but I see the negative focus being sought by these children who seem unprepared to understand the realities that exist in the kind of business WHC is in. Mistakes are covered by insurance and what ever the bill it gets paid and the company goes on to gain even more contracts where the client pays any increase in the cost of business. The client is always a governmental entity that must contract this service out. Makes sense to them politically and financially. A no brainer. Afterall, they were terrible at it. Even if the contracted company screws up badly, the worse for them is the contract gets moved to someother private company. Must preserve deniability you know. A problem correctional institution/prison/detention center is a nuisance that WHC can manage more efficiently and with more order than they ever could. This ensures the growth of WHC's market. That they're executing(no pun, lol) so well in that market is what's attracting value investors looking for anything not tech.
Lol, times have changed and until they change back little low P/E growth stories like WHC are going to carry everyone till the 3rd and 4th qtrs. Know what I mean?
      Happy trails
