    ASCL is finished!

They are under investigation! I sent a request to the SEC and NASDAQ several months ago regarding questions I had regarding their accounting practices and the amount of compensation the BoD was paying ASCL execs. I received a response from both the SEC and NASDAQ that they would investigate the complaint. Plain and simple. I have emails from both entities indicating that an investigation would ensue. Now, go ahead and turn me in, you pathetic piece of pungent puke. I'll be happy to share the SEC's and NASDAQ's responses with each of them if they ask.

As for you, why don't you send me your name, address, and phone number so I can take action on your threats. Perhaps you'd like to talk to my attorney. He'll eat your lunch and feed it back to you after it's been fully digested.

    • The anti-spam people have a neat word for this type of bluster and threat. They call it "cartoonie". Not exactly sure how it came about, but the term refers to threatening legal action with no logical justification and no grounds.

    • Guru, I'll talk to your attorney. Give me his name and 800 number. What's he charge you per hour? I can talk for an awfully long time.

Why are you letting him waste your time and not work on your lawsuit against ASCL? Funny, I haven't seen any notification of a filing or anything.

I dislike ASCL much more than you do, and I bash them just as consistently, but you're a joke. An embarrassment to the rational dissidents on this board. I still think you're a reverse-psychology cheerleader.
