Melvin has it right. And if he was fired from ASCL, he's lucky. The remaining employees are miserable, and they feel the company lacks direction and leadership. Most of the best staff have left for greener pastures or went with the IBM deal. The remaining staff are relatively weak. The sales staff borders on incompetent, and the product developers are just buying their time.
They ought to be miserable since the price of the stock is selling for nothing. I guess if I was an employee I would be miserable if I were losing money in the stock.
You however always take a negative view on everything just like some of the girls I coach in softball and guess what those are the ones who constantly lose.
I would clasify your attitude as BAD. Sure this stock can fail but so can any of then. Take a good look at VTSS . It came down to 1.40 from 114 a share. Someone had to buy stock at 114 or it would have never sold at that price.
maybe this company will fail or maybe not. It should not matter to you since you do not have an investment in it.
