      • Select SEC Filings on Yahoo ... then select the link at the bottom called something like "View all filings on Edgar Online" ... there you will see all the Form 4's for recent options issued ... the strike price is $1.58 ... last year's strike price for options was .60 and the high for the year was $3.05 ... this year they have their "alliance" with UPS Logistics just starting to monetize ... this little unknown company that is the backbone of the UPS Logistics' move into Total eCommerce will not stay a $26 million company ... you know what UPS says, "We Love Logistics" ... strong support in the $1.40s .., their strike price is $1.58 ... very limited downside, huge upside ... glta

    • United Parcel Service Inc. (NYSE: UPS) eventually plans to build six new warehouses, totaling 1.8 million square feet, along with enough parking to support an additional 1,400 employees at its Supply Chain Campus, near Outer Loop. The package shipping giant disclosed the plans in a recent filing with Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services. A letter enclosed with the plan said there is no schedule to build the warehouses.

The filing asks for approval of the plan by the Louisville Renaissance Zone Corp., which owns 350 acres around Louisville International Airport and seeks to promote airport-compatible commerce.

Supply Chain Solutions is UPS’s warehousing business. It handles warehousing and other services for Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S), Toshiba Corp. (OTC: TOSBF), Merck & Co. (NYSE: MRK) and other companies.
