    Cashless Exercise Provisions

One post on the subject ... please remember that Taglich has over 676,000 warrants to purchase shares at $1.25 - $1.40 ... that is the same Taglich just appointed to the board ... that is the same Taglich the just financed the Convertible Notes (and bought some himself) ... all of these warrants have a "Cashless Exercise Provision" ... and, that is most likely what Taglich will do ... please note how easily this shareprice moves ... in simple terms, a Cashless Exercise Provision does you no good until the shareprice is above your excercise price ... the greater the spread the more shares you get ... remember a cashless basis means less dilution so that's good for all shareholders ... but, it also means no additional capital for the company ... my point is that Taglich will get the share price well above the exercise price of his 676,000 warrants to get his free shares ... make him drive that price through you
