Taglich is all over this ... and a conservative forward guide as well ... $28 million, bah! They will blow by $28 million ... I guess this pre-release means the equity compensation strike price has been set ... let me be the first one to day congrats to Bridgline ... you're on your way
You really think that's a good pre-release? Flat revenues after buying two companies with revenue streams? That looks like a year over year decrease in revenue to me. That's not the picture of a GROWTH company. Truth is, this company has never grown organically and haven't proven they know how to.
You forgot to add the impact of discontinuing their lower margin legacy business, without this rev offset the numbers would look significantly better. That said, the co. is doing quite well transitioning and growing their higher margin iAPPS bus. imo, nothing wrong with growth by acquisitions as this increases their competitive advantage, and certainly doesn't seem to be overpaying for them either. Who could argue with their focus on significantly increasing their "recurriing revs"? You and I are obviously interpreting the co.'s metrics through different lenses, furthermore I look at Taglitch' financial committment as a big plus. Slamming it here at 93 cents doesn't seem logical but I guess that's what makes a "market".
