I have not tendered my shares to AMTD or anywhere else. Do I have to do anything, or will the shares be sold automatically when the acquisition is complete? Thanks for your info.
You must do something, either tender the shares via your broker or sell them.
If you don't sell or tender them, you could eventually end up with something for which there is no market.
You must act.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Why dont you just sell them? it's only a penny?
Tender your shares unless its better for you to take the gain/loss in 2013 for tax reasons. JMHO, not investment advise. If you are worried about fees, you don't have enough shares that it matters. Good luck.
Just put in a sell at 16.50 or wait and they will take them and give you $16.50.
Thank you. I heard that we will receive our cash sooner if we tender our shares. I think the tender period has been extended until 5 PM today...I will call and tender them.
