Did anybody receive their money? PCP says the deal funded but as of yet no money? When does the money actually fund?
Called my broker and was told it could take up to 2 weeks after the closing date (12/20).
That does not sound like "promptly". The Initial Offer is closed and those shares tendered initially should be paid promptly. Someone needs to explain why the money cannot be distributed promptly.
Got the dough this afternoon. Georgeson was giving out bad info.
