James Kirkpatrick, VP Engineering, sold 76,000 shares on August 23 (that is over $1.8m) and is just before the recent stock colapse. Now it makes you wonder if he has/had insider information and took advantage of that. Andrew Harries, VP Marketing, sold over 80,000 shares over the last few months (over $2m) and is leaving the company. Norman Toms, Founder and CTO, sold all of his hsares and left the company. David Sutcliffe, Pres and CEO, sold over 90,000 shares (over $2.4m) in the last few months.
Does one need to say more, the rats are leaving, both in selling shares and quiting the company.
When does the SEC look at this kind of insider activity?
if the people who are employed by the company do a major dumping of shares, what does that say about the confidence thay have in swir? They are indeed the true insiders who really know about the company's financial health...must be pretty bad!!!!
give it a rest!! anyone with knowledge of insider trading knows that 90% of all inside trades are sells. management has the right to spend some of the money they earned, don't they? ... nothing like beating a dead horse.
