This change in leadership (Jiang heading up the internet/mobile ad) is the second leg of a plan (announced in December)to split off the internet/mobile portion of advertising and release value. Expect announcement of the split after the board meeting next week. This will provide momentum for both halfs of the new company. Price is reflecting the rotation into cash and not the expectations for the growth; investors are starting to capitualate. Also, fed cut is coming on the 18th the same day as FMCN earnings. I see the stock taking a big bounce.
