more a credit issue than operation issue

Jason said that 09 is expected to grow 50%, now we get cuts on 08 guidence.

Jason bought himself around $39, yet Target Management sold a bunch. I couldn't verify the relationship between Jason and Target. If they are related, that's bad PR.

The stock moved downward earlier before this bad news. Now here drop the bomb. How can they let this info leak out?

    • well this is what happens when you go on an aggressive acquistion phase. sometimes you just don't have your arms around your entire business. it was the responsibility of FMCN to ensure sound business practices on the wireless initiative. however, it was one or more of its acquired parts that mucked it all up. now it is behind us. the valuation is cheap. very cheap. you should't just sell off and blame it on credibility. they still are nearing 1 billion in annual sales. that means that its relationships and product are credible enough. as an investor, i see your point, but tend to think it was oversight, not intent. lets face it, even being on top of every aspect of a stock doesn't ensure JACK.

    • Not necessarily FMCN leak. CHL is run by the government to a large extent and is big. Most likely the earlier analysts got info from CHL. Later analysts like Citi and S&P had more constructive tone.
