Chatter of buyout in $14-16 range
Bull...you're the only one chattering. And here is why not at that price.
1. Allyes value plus cash is worth about half your pricing. So, is the rest of FMCN worth only $8.00? I think not.
2. JJ bought a bunch of stock at around $30/share. You think he will sell for half that investment? I think not.
3. The company has been buying back shares at much higher prices around $25 last quarter. Selling at less is crazy.
4.Several of their acquistions earned out shares at around $50/share. They are way under water but can afford to wait and would be pissed at your price for sale.
and last but not least...I own a bunch of shares at a nuch higher average cost.
Now maybe, some piece of FMCN could get spun off like Allyes and fetch that sort of pricing in a bull market but not now.
