have you seen a buy out price range "low balled" and the deal gets done at the much higher price?
Ive seen it happen almost every time. if FMCN is taking it private because the shares are not getting valued properly, then the all time high would be more reasonable as a take over target, then mid range pricing, after all who needs to be private if the stock is trading at fair value and fair value is $25?
They obviously think fair value is much higher much much higher. Im taking a stab at a price higher then $30.
rumors get leaked and the price is usually lower then actual discussions.
thats what ive seen, this post only reflects what ive seen, not pumping.
I've participated in several Chinese arbitrage deals, and everyone had a large price movement before significant news came out. The SEC is powerless on the enforcement side as long as the "insiders" stay in China. Just goes with the territory.
laws in china?
you suggest the laws in the US are honored more then the laws in china?
LOL, come on, the big hedgies of the world dont become king of the hill without knowing things before every one else does. You think the big hedgies play by the rules?
trust me, the US invented cheating, the Chinese only perfected it. LOL
