Regarding my comment on Rule201.....There has to be a previous day's closing price from which to compute the 10% loss, which, I guess there was not, although it was implied. Same with FB....there was NO previous day's closing price from which to kick in Rule 201. Also, How could they short sell, with NO settled shares to Borrow for three days? Really is a GF.
Reverse splits just never work and when they do and thats hardly ever.... its done in markets way way better than this one and its usually due to a new ceo restructuring and with a plan for growth ...not so they can stay compliant. Just a bad move at a bad time and now we see bad results.
