as a betting man and conspiracy theorist - i would wager a few shekels that an offering is indeed imminent...or would simply put some money "across the board" on bad news in the near term. have no idea who would buy such shares, though maybe dennis gartman and carter worth are looking to average down on dry bulk. i mock them openly.
