jesse livermore would ask, "but how do you know goldman is going to call you before they sell?" and if they do sell - and no long show ownership - does that mean you will then unwind? apologies if i come across as a wise #$%$ here, but many on these boards buy/sell based on nothing other than what someone else is buying/selling. seems you have done ample homework on dry bulk and eagle...so am trying to separate your own opinion from the fact that goldman shows a position.
and with that - does goldman showing an ownership stake means that GS is the owner of the position? is it possible that one of their clients is the actual owner of the position? i dont know how it works on that side of the business. thanks.
Give it a few mins. There will be a handful that will soon post that this is indeed a positive for egle. They said the same thing when Soph sold at 1.46 in December. They will tell you it's related to the shareholder lawsuit. Wait for it....
