There have been 14,686,402 shares sold and there have been zero shares purchased by insiders this year.
Momentum of a company with 55 million in revenues and market cap of 4.5 billion---9 times gross sales
Very good report, extensive analysis, not just like many people saying things in general because of the stock movement. When a stock in an uptrend, they say buy buy and then it is in a downtrend they say sell sell sell. Buffet is one of the richest does the opposite. I like Cramer but he is a great example of this.
Buy solid fundamental stocks when they are oversold. Extremely volatile stocks can kill us in a big way, especially stocks that jump up and down 10% in a day or two. Look at Z as an example. I hope none of us bought Z at $103 and hope that it will go back there soon...
Insider selling is something important and SA did a good job at looking at the fundamental of YELP.
Good luck to all.
S&P is oversold since thursday. See the chart, when RSI is at 70 or so, it can stay there a little but then retraced. I shorted TQQQ on Thiursday.
Be careful with the market and it is safer to have more cash at this point.
This is how they get paid........exercise options granted to them and then sell them. It's done in a lot of companies. It's how founders take money out so all their investment isn't in that one company. It happens a lot to companies like YELP that are quickly appreciating. Just quit trying to pick a top and save your money by not shorting.
