And it would be lucky to get that price with a 20 PE x .32 = $6.40 . The 20 PE is something which most moderate growth companies get but because of the lawsuits its possible that YELP will never even have any earnings to report in 2015 to even be able to have a PE multiple. Especially after paying for lawyers and lawsuit fines which usually go much higher than actual damages that the YELP business model caused on those small businesses.
Anyone following any buy advice at this stage is sheep being led to the slaughter. This downtrend has a long way to go.
