AEGR patent Okay but ISIS-Sanofi would be first ..
Isis' partner, Genzyme, plans to commercialize Isis' lead product, KYNAMRO™, in Europe following EMA approval before the end of 2012.

  Unfortunately for ISIS the EMA deadline has already passed and they didn't get it.
  It bodes well for AEGR though.
