    I Propose Another Rule...

anytime insider/institution/fund ownership exceeds 85%, add'l short selling will removes the incentive to jack prices beyond demand/reason to force demand in order to steal wealth (from shorts).

course rules means nothing unless their enforced, the SEC won't

our markets are a reflection of our unlimited gov't...CROOKED

There is an easier way. YOU can decide to not short any stock with insider/institution/fund ownership above 85%. YOU have the freedom to make your own choices. Stop looking to the government to take away freedom, and be responsible for yourself.

Nobody made you short this stock. We have warned you every step of the way, yet you refused to listen. NOW you want the government to intervene and force the discipline on you that you were too weak to apply yourself? Amazing. If you want total government control, move to Russia or China.

You made a choice, a bad one, but still your choice.
