Why do the shorts always refer to longs as "Bagholders" and the CEO is always some #$%$ who is trying to trick people into buying their stock? Can they really see no good in the world, that there are actually people out there in the world trying to HELP people?
I guess people like Censored/Arthur/Pvance can't comprehend it since they have no good in their lives whatsoever.
It isn't fraudulent and you don't "know" it to be false, you just can't validate it is real.
What if you went to work for AEGR tomorrow and found out that they had a Patient Database with 3,000 U.S. based patients who were diagnosed by their doctors & have contacted AEGR seeking the medication? Only then would you "know" that the number is right. It would never be the case for any company to let out their client/customer list to the public. No company would ever last if they did that. That data is very tightly protected, even PII aside, just considering competitive pressures.
So, since you DON'T know what is in the AEGR database, then you can't say it is a fraudulent number or is known to be false. All you can say is that you can't validate it. It is an irrelevant argument though - because all investors can ever do is assess the known data and invest accordingly. If you don't think the number is real, then don't buy the stock.
But you have no position in the stock whatsoever. You are just here out of bitterness & hatred, so any argument with you is an exercise in stupidity.
