No freedom of speech under Tyrant Obama

Dictator/Tyrant Obama is now limiting freedom of speech as evidenced by the DOJ subpoena. AEGR should countersue for BILLIONS. At issue isn't marketing, but a SINGLE comment made by the CEO during an interview.

Not a systemic practice, not off label marketing, but a SINGLE comment by the CEO. ONE.

Welcome to the Obama regime and the end of freedom in the USA as they curtail your rights even MORE.
    Spying on our own citizens?
Going after political opponents with the IRS?
Getting rid of freedom of speech?
Forcing Obamacare on is THEN illegally & unilaterally changing the law by the PRESIDENT only - in a blatant disregard for the constitution and Congress.

There is no end to the damage this Dictator is doing to our country.

    • Crawl back to freaking Moldova ,Azerbaijan, or what ever rat hole, country you came from. You know about as much as the US Constitution as you know about biotech investing. You are one dumb sucker for believing Beers.

    • Counter sue for billions???? Dummy number one, you better hope that the fine to be meted out considers the smallness of the company and they don't see a JNJ type of fine that JNJ just got recently. How's the extra 100K investment you put into AEGR recently doing??? Or was that just BS like the rest of the stuff you spew out???? t
