I've never seen a biotech with this many law firms going after it at one time:

The CEO should resign and spend all of his time trying to free the company or minimize the damage the company sustains from his actions. That would also serve the purpose of stopping him from creating more lawsuits in the future by not going after children as a population to be "helped" by juxta. GILD is the way to recoup losses from this duck. t

    • Yawn, you must be too young to remember DNDN...or many others. Lawyers are #$%$, and the ones that chase corporations for this kind of activity are bigger #$%$.

Look at the lawyers going after TGT, and everyone knows that the #$%$ who hit them used good enough technology that no retailers would have been able to stop it. I can't decide who are bigger #$%$, the thieves or the lawyers, the thieves stole from customers, the lawyers steal from TGT and the shareholders.

Or worse, look at the govt lawyers fleecing the US banks. For billions! And that cost is passed on to consumers.

Lawyers are all #$%$. The best thing I can say about them is that I read that there's 30K lawyers who can't get a job.

    • Yet none of them can come up with a lead plaintiff who is willing to pretend they were harmed.
Call them. NONE of them have a lead plaintiff. They are ALL still searching for someone wronged.
