Fist, I do not think anyone "promised" anything.
I do think that people expected a 3rd quarter approval which was hinted at early on this year. I think as it looked like the 3Q was not going to be it seemed that we started hearing 4Q approval.
Whatever the case. I wish it would just get done already. I am sure Dr. Mooney does too as he holds a good chunk of shares. Imagine how this bleed looks on his portfolio balance sheet.
