when the 13.3 million shares are traded back and forth. That will be the bottom. The cash will be enough to bring product to market. The fact that the whole secondary is sold is sort of good, as buying anything below .75 should be a gift, which I doubt will happen. 5 million have traded, so only 8 million to go before I dabble.
Your reasoning isn't terrible. It would certainly be odd, at least in my opinion, to buy at .82 or around there when they're offering so many shares at .75. I have a buy in at .75 cents. If it drops below that from panicking then that is fine, impossible to predict that. I think .75 will be seen again here shortly though.
