Disclosure: I sold at the open. Protecting profits from the buys at $5 and the trading shares. I see that Scottrade has gone to neutral from positive last week ... and, according to Yahoo, institutional ownership has declined by 30%? Seems odd ... anyone have any thoughts? I thought it was merely profit taking, but the way this is acting so weak right now, I'm wondering if there is some more institutional selling pressure right now. It can't seem to get off the mat.
I am looking to buy my shares back after a little more watch and see? It feels like they could swoon this down into the $7s, which would be a golden opp.
Technicians? Can we pick your brain? I notice many have disappeared from posting, so I thought I would be up front about my position at the moment ... it shouldn't matter to anyone, but I like to be open about my biases!
minnesota - I think the shedding was inst profit taking prior to quarter close and associated global sell off. ACRX is de-risked in my opinion between now and PDUFA next year. have fun and trade it. We should also get a PR bump soon with the NDA filing...I would certainly keep some invested in the company bc a buy out is certainly in the cards, although never count on that.
