I received an email from the company today. They said that the DOD is interested but with their current budget constraints they "are not expecting them to contribute" to the phase 3, which will be initiated later this year,
good information soho and thanks for sharing...bad news ACRX won't get $ help, but good news is that they are stayng the course. They still have the credit line to pull from. I dont expect any dilution until at least they get positve fda panel recommendation - if even then. just my opinion
I predicted mid February at the earliest, and end of May at the latest. DoD has standard process on everything, and there is a process that probably takes 30 - 60 days (maybe more) after the end points were agreed upon. The hardest part is out of the way, now its a decision making process and the fact there was ongoing discussion, means there was interest in pursuing.
