Hi Mickey. There are two PIPE investors who I question. One is Katula, out of the Netherlands, who owns 38.8 million shares as of July 12, 2013. The other is Perrtech Pty Limited, out of Astralia, and they own 8.3 million shares as of the same date.
Do you know who this Perrtech outfit is? Leonard Milner is the head. He's the one who might be selling. While Katula at least retains a legal interest in obtainig seats on the board. But Perrtech, I don't know. They could be selling under the radar. We know it's not Lonnie Schnell or Larry Dyne. But somebody is liquidating like a pro, and there's not many potential suspects out there with millions of shares at their disposal. If you know what I mean.

As for the next two quarters, yes I think they will report good numbers. Maybe even excellent numbers. But look at what happened last quarter. The numbers were very good, and the stock sold off anyway. I think that's because one or more of the PIPE investors is using the volume to liquidate their holdings. And he or they will continue using these earnings volume spikes to liquidate. Like I said before, they need volume. They don't care about price appreciation because they are already sitting on 200% gain from the PIPE. All they care about is volume. To get out with the least amount of damage.
