Rambus hyped by a fanatical cult!

    Face the facts:

Rambus is mainly a bunch of unethical crooks shamefully stealing other peoples work, and making a mockery of the standard writing process.

Every chip manufacturer hates Rambus, and no one wants to have any business deals with them. Some manufacturers gave-in to Rambus blackmailbut dont kid yourself, they will get rid of Rambus at the first opportunity.

Intel kicked Rambus out the door in an unceremonious way, after being the Rambus main supporter since the nineties. .No new Intel future product will include RDRAM. Without Intels support, Rambus is practically DEAD!

The recent court decision is totally irrelevant, as Rambus may not be technically guilty of fraud, but the judges harshly criticized the unethical behavior of Rambus.

This court decision, will not add even one single cent more to Rambus coffers, as many more lawsuits may drag on for the next ten years, to say the least.

The FTC case most likely will find Rambus guilty of monopolizing and destroying evidence. After Wordcoms and Enronsthe Bush Administration is merciless on this kind of crooked corporations.

Since the beginning of February RMBS stock went up 300%, without any increase in immediately projected earnings.

So why is the stock up 300%??

Why? Because Rambus is surrounded by a fanatical cult of hypesters in love with this stock, who do not judge clearly anymore. Most of them hold Rambus from over a hundred, and still believe in recuperating their huge loses.

Dream on hypesters .. Assuming a constant forward P/E, this ridiculous 300% price increase is not sustainable, and RMBS is poised to go back to low single digits, wherever you like it or not!

THE CAFC DISAGREES. ACCORDING TO THEM RAMBUS DID NOT COMMIT FRAUD. THE DOJ, HOWEVER, MAY FIND THAT MICRON AND COMPANY DID.

Every chip manufacturer hates Rambus, and no one wants to have any business deals with them***
YOU MEAN LIKE SAMSUNG? THE NUMBER ONE MAKER WHO STRONGLY SUPPORTS RAMBUS. OR, MAYBE YOU MEAN IBM WHO JUST INKED A PARTNERSHIP DEAL WITH RAMBUS??******

"The recent court decision is totally irrelevant"****

I AM SURE JUDGE RADER WOULD BE INTERESTED IN YOUR EXPERT OPINION...HE'S ONLY THE LEADING EXPERT IN THE U.S. ON PATENT LAW!!! lol!!!!

"So why is the stock up 300%"

IF YOU NEED TO ASK, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING HERE. I SUGGEST YOU SHORT WITH EVERY DIME YOU HAVE.

      • Wake up, idiots. I love it when people say "Intel kicked Rambus out the door!"

It would be far more accurate to say that Intel kicked Rambus out the door and INTO virtually every damn product that Intel makes! IMHO Rambus has valid patent claims that read on SDRAM, DDR and RDRAM. My early take is that Rambus will have a valid claim to DDR II. What the hell does Intel make that doesn't use these technologies? Answer: Virtually nothing, Nada, Zip!

Intel has a great deal at $10 million a quarter. Do you think that Intel is paying this money to Rambus out of the kindness of their heart? Wake up, idiots. Intel is paying Rambus because they believe they have to pay Rambus. Intel received a "discount" on a patent portfolio that hasn't yet been tested by the fire (and BS) of our federal (and global) courts.

Bottom line, I've read Rambus's core patents and I see infringment throughout the whole electronics industry. Memory driven by source synchronous clocking, on chip PLL/DLL, programmable memory control registers. I could go on and on and on.

In conclusion, I see infringment - big time. Will Rambus get paid for its past inventions? That is the question. But we'll see. We shall see.

And for what it is worth, I love FlexPhase. I think that FlexPhase will prove to be very, very important to virtually everything built in the next decade. But that is another story.

        All just my opinion.

    • reminds me of microsoft

    • So, Mr. "Anti Everybody" maybe you can suggest a few stocks where there has NEVER been a lawsuit, where nobody has ever complained about them, where their business was run so perfectly, and management was sooo sharp, that their shares went up 300%?

COme on now, do me the favor and give me just one.
