"...Mr. Furniss, who represents Hynix, rose to tell Judge Whyte that some members of the public (Rambus investors are essentially the only ones there except lawyers, members of the press and analysts) had been overheard by Hynix lawyers talking about the case in the presence of Jurors."
While I agree that this could be a problem it sure seems unlikely to me.
Just wondering. Did Furniss specifically identify, name or point out these "members of the public"?
Just wondering, how did he knew they were RMBS investors. Do we have something tatooed on our foreheads that indentifies us?
Just wondering, did anyone else hear these conversations that took place in front of jury members or was Furniss the only witness to these transgressions?
Just wondering, if Furniss didn't hear them and they were reported to him, isn't that kinda like hearsay?
Don't you just love that we hear SQUAT from Stuart and co. except for "Don't be talking about the case".
His only motive is to have better information than others so that he can hedge his position if things go to hell or the opportunities become great.
It's so nice of him to recipicate back to the board. We know the few thousand he's spending are a drop in the bucket to him. Maybe he should give up an hour of flying in his jet if he can afford his share his info because its "costing" him.

How about when him and ownerofbusiness posted right before options expiration a month or so ago???
Hey listen don't get me wrong they have the right to post what they wish, but like bashers and pumpers they will post what they think will benefit them.
I can go back and recover both their extremely ?able bullish posts right before a huge options experation date? (almost making it sound like this whole fiasco was over and settlements were near- I'm sure many will remeber those posts- "burning the powder" etc...
They me the largest Rambus shareholders, but they certainly do not represent me and my shares.
BTW- if their is a RMBS long talking to the Jurors- uh STFU!

All Ramboids are required to have a large Scarlet Letter "R" tattooed onto their foreheads. ;>)
It was the guy in the kangaroo suit, with the Scruffy's Rambus T shirt and the Croaker Blog Trading hat on...c'mon, how would rambus investors get a chance to discuss the case in front of the jury...where, the restroom, they have their own restroom...they are escorted to the courtroom by a Marshall to specifically prevent tampering...red herring gambit by Furniss...
However, if SS puts his imprimatur on it, I'll give it some thought...but, hey, it's still America, isn't it?....Joe

Could have been the 'Hynix Sucks' tee shirts or the loud coughing during Furniss's opening argument.
It sounds to me like the Stuart Steele people knew who was guilty of the reported jury transgressions. And they kept that information to themselves. They said "YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE" several times. Unless they are just responding to the Desmaris type pressure tactics that Furniss seems to be able to create in the courtroom my guess would be that the situation is under control. I just cannot imagine Stuart Steele allowing some schmuck to screw up this case at the 11th hour and on the verge of a long overdue successful investment for the Steele group. No way.
