If a lawyer is looking for a mistrial in a case that he is losing he will say "There are people talking to the jury". I would like for the Judge to look into this and if it is a lie then there will be some hell to pay. If on the other hand it is baseless then there is also hell to pay. Lawyers overhearing others talking to the jury is darn near impossible. The jury is under the watchful eye of the bailiff and he would stop this or would report this to the Judge. My question is why did he not hear anything?
This is a hynix ploy. The Jury is well separated for the spectators, and can't even see them.
They come into the Court after everyone is ordered to attention and to rise. the leave before any one is allowed to speak, even the Attys.
The have a jury room separate and away from the Court, adn do not use the hallways at all so far as I can see. Still all the Rambus Longs have been very circumspect about talking about the case, or about anything at all in a loud voice. If someone speaks loudly enough to be heard nearby, they are immediately told to be quiet.
