    • Is Rambus already plannig how to spend their "new money"? This is from their SEC report from dec 29; beir tager bonuses for 2008 are 3 to 4 times higher than in 2007:
      The Compensation Committee also established bonus target amounts under the Incentive Plan for the Company’s principal executive
      officer, principal financial officer and Named Executive Officers for fiscal year 2008. The bonus target amounts are set forth below:

      • 5 of 6 rmbs execs are ex Intel ..this group has been referred as the Intel M.... .. passed over at Intel they found rmbs ..

        how does this group raid the cash reserves ..???.. their salaries are miniscule compared to their quarterly "spot" bonuses .. last 6 quarters this group awarded themselves millions in spot bonuses ... unjustified and not reportable to shareholders as a line item .. their way to get around the classic "stock Option" sarbux issues ..
