and review the testimony you will see that it is bad news for the cartel. The fact that the jury is reviewing this very incriminating evidence can not be good for the cartel and is probably being evaluated in regards to punitive damages. If you still have doubts (Greg et al) do yourself a favor and go read the transcripts on the IV board regarding the jury's request. regards,JT
I already answered you regarding the Dell testimony elsewhere, as i said that testimony proves nothing. What else are you referring to? Care to be specific?
I would say it is equally likely that the jury is asking to review evidence and testimony because they are still debating question number one, which is "was there collusion by MM's to drive Rambutt out of business", obviously I'm paraphrasing. Anyhow, if they are still on question 1, then that means they don't have a majority, which means Rambutt gets nothing unless someone is persuaded to change their mind.
The question of collusion was the first point of business for the jury. If the answer was no, then the case would be over after only an hour of deliberation.
The jury has obviously determined that collusion existed, price fixing occurred, and now on to the damages.
IR is a gang of Rambuts that get together and have a circle fest. The head rambut, claims he will take yahoo and google down as soon as Rmbus hires him so he can provide all his top secrets to Rambus.
IF you read it for a while it is quite funny, one sided but yet funny.
