I already answered you regarding the Dell testimony elsewhere, as i said that testimony proves nothing. What else are you referring to? Care to be specific?
I would say it is equally likely that the jury is asking to review evidence and testimony because they are still debating question number one, which is "was there collusion by MM's to drive Rambutt out of business", obviously I'm paraphrasing. Anyhow, if they are still on question 1, then that means they don't have a majority, which means Rambutt gets nothing unless someone is persuaded to change their mind.
