First of all, I'm not sure she is wrong. Just tired of all you idiots predicting what a jury will do. Second, I could care less if RMBS is frivolous, sleazy, and their products sucked. I'm here for 1 thing: To make money.... period. I have no emotional attachment to this case like you obviously do.
I'm just betting on what I think a jury will do and the subsequent effect it will have on the stock price. So save all the soapbox BS for the stupid investor who buys or sells based on emotion.
Wouldn't it be funny if some medical doctor who knows nothing about DRAM or SDRAM or even what "OEM" means makes a crap-load of money off this, and the rah-rah techy who knows everything is wrong?? You'd be standing on a ledge somewhere.
You keep on preaching til your blue in the face and I'm going to buy a boat.
By betting on RMBS, you too have predicted what the jury will do, only you are basing your belief off of hearsay, and I base my prediction on what I know to be true because I dealt with it first hand as a professional.
I also know that regardless of what the AT trial jury decides, there will be an appeal, and spoliation will take center stage.
I'm not predicting, you idiot. Why can't you understand that? I'm GUESSING, just like everyone else. You guess on your facts and I'll guess on my facts. You guess on emotions and portray it as fact and I'll guess on what I think the jury will and don't care if they get it right or not. Furthermore, I don't give 2 sh-ts about an appeal because IF RMBS wins, the stock will immediately explode and I'll be long gone before any appeal.
