You're the moron here. Even if MU doesn't have the money right now, and win for RMBS would force MU into payment schedule: 1B-2B upfront, followed by annual payments.
They didn't need 4 billion because rmbs was never going to win, if they did win it would be a cash payout of 1 billion and then some type of royalty payment plan.
MU has 2.2 billion in cash on the balance sheet...
