it'll price probably about 8.50 or whatever todays price was woh knows.
i assume that ultimatley it will be accretive to shareholders as in they'll dilute us quite a bit (its almost 40% more shares, so thtas ~30% dilution or whatever) but they'll buy something(s) that are worth a bit more and ultimately we accrete.
They raise the divi at some future time and shares go up, they dilute again, buy, raise divi, rinse, repeat.
the old day sof BDCs levering up on a trillion dollars of debt are over, back to the good old fashioned issue shares to invest way.
