    • Rightfully so, if a country has large amounts of surplus. That money somehow has to be used. The world scene and politics has a few lessons to learn. It was always talked about than scrutinized .To a certain extent in everyday life. Decisions by a third party have poisoned our outlook on political decision making. That the fact we know something being done for sole purpose of enriching a individual or group. That these interest could be foreign. I propose a additive in any political opinion or choice. That everything being voted on has to deal with another input. A computer generated decision be it mobile. This would put a lever into the mix where the juggling interchange would need a new formula. This computer decision could change in percentages or stay the same. It could be random or have options of choice such as jury duty selection etc.. This is the very beginning of choice for American people. I say let them invade our living rooms.
