I'm thinking she will get half of the 68% share control. When someone starts a new life after a nasty divorce they tend to wash their hands clean of the past and move on. I think she would sell what she gets. That scares me a bit- but puts pressure on both of them to wash their hands and walk away with a very profitable buyout.
