    North Lirette Field

Up to 7.5MMcf/d with initial production next week. 2 questions: Is this new production unhedged and what is the translation to mmbtu?

Has anyone heard if the upgrade at Jackson Dome CO2 facility has been completed?

    • Soscorp,

In theory the N. Lirette production wasn't hedged because they didn't know they were going to find it but you can't look at it that way.

      N. Lirette is part of an NG production stream that is growing just slightly. So most of N. Lirette replaces production declines elsewhere with a little bit to the plus column as growth and hence is mostly covered by the existing hedges.

Ditto on btu content. DNR always tells us that they get a slight premium to NYNEX because of slightly higher BTU content generally so we would presume that this might happen here as well but it doesn't matter because it won't move the premium at all when imbedded in the global production numbers.

No news on the CO2 pipeline upgrade that I know of nor would I expect any. Maybe you could call IR in a few days and ask. I would be curious if they would let you know.
