    QTRN at 18

    Don't you think you should have performed some DD
    before you "picked up quite a few QTRN at
    18"?

    Simple investing rule #1, perform research and analysis
    first, then buy the stock.

    --just a little
    advice

    • edlaff,

      i stated the reasons in my post on
      why i bought QTRN.. the reasons are :
      the p/e is
      15;
      the cash reserves are sizeable;
      the PEG ratio is
      below 1 to be precise 0.91;
      quintiles is the largest
      company in its industry with no competitor anywhere close
      to it in size and capacity and performance;
      i
      work for a huge drug company and know that there is a
      trend to reduce the in-house clinical research
      organization and outsourcing a whole bunch of it;
      i live in
      north carolina and drove by another brand new facility
      built by quintiles.. a company in decline would not be
      doing that.
      So unless one lives in the north pole
      and believes that CROs are going away... qtrn is here
      to stay !
      what more reserach do you need ? maybe
      y'all can wait till the price hits 30 bucks and then
      still wait and then buy when it hits 50 bucks...

      cheers!
