MUSCATINE, Iowa, May 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- HNI Corporation (NYSE: HNI) announced today its Board of Directors approved a 4.2% increase in its quarterly dividend to 25 cents per share on its common stock.

And then today announced the following information that was in a local north Alabama newspaper. Yeah another company sees that it must shut down, consolidate and fatten the coffers for wall street investors. Looks like some areas of the country are headed to another wall street debacle that occurred during the bank meltdown.
Florence furniture plant employing 190 to close.

FLORENCE — Officials with the HON Co. announced this morning the Florence, Alabama furniture plant will close by the end of 2014.
“We are announcing today that we have made the decision to close the Florence plant,” said Gary Carlson, vice president for member and community relations for HIN Corp. HIN is the parent company of the HON Co., which is headquartered in Muscatine, Iowa.
