Obviously, if PV, as everyone here seems to call him, were to start unloading his very large holding, this would undermine confidence as well as the stock price. I'm suggesting that he may have done what I would do in his position: Go to his friendly investment banker and ask to buy a put which would guarantee him a minimum price of say, $15, for a very large number of shares. This would greatly simplify his tax and estate planning, I think. The effect of constructing such a put would tend to lock in the stock price just above $15.
