    What is a reasonable PE?

Given growth in the US and China, short covering, strong fundamentals, divy and low float. What's the boards opinion on near term price targets?
I think $20 very near term is doable, $30 will take time.
Given the rise from mid $13 in Oct, wondering if there is a pullback coming?
    Always appreciated

    • We are at 80c TTM last reported EPS. Let's assume last quarter comes in at 18c as I estimated. That would put us at 91c TTM EPS. That means we are at exactly a 20 PE. Growth is higher than that so the PE is reasonable right now. Back out the cash of about $2/sh and PE is even more reasonable.

I think PE of 20-25 range is reasonable with the company based on no debt, strong cash position, and 7%+ dividend. If they more than cover the dividend in next 18 months, say at $1.50 EPS, a PE of 20 is a $30/sh. Throw in 5013K shorts and who knows?
