now own almost 3M shares or about 1/3 of all shares. This far exceeds the insider selling. In fact, the insiders may have been approached by institutions to sell shares in pre-arranged sales. I can't figure out why short interest is so high. Makes no sense
The larger institutional holdings may explain lack of movement pre and post ex-div date. They tend to be less jumpy
CLCT continues to do okay and remains a solid dividend stock. The addition to the Russell 2000 should bring in more and more institutional shares. If the insider selling stops, then the 10% haircuts should also stop and some of the short players will begin to cover; unless there's something else looming that we don't know about.
