    Hard to Believe

Approx 4 years ago, when ESV first moved it's HQ to England, the annual dividend was only 10 cents a share, 2.5 cents each quarter. So if you owned 1,000 shares you'd only get an annual dividend payout of $100. Also, the pps has moved up from $42 to $57 in the same timeframe.

Prior to moving the company's HQ to England, the dividend was the same for 10 years, at 10 cents a year. At one point this company was doing so poorly that it had a 3 for 1 'reverse' split in order to be able to stay on the trading exchange.

How do I know these things? I have owned this company from it's inception. I was called Blocker Energy before changing it's name to Ensco. And, no, I haven't gotten rich off this stock after all this time, despite owning a good number of shares.

But I do appreciate what the London management team has done.
