Through this new contract, SMTC will provide Alstom Transport with a range of electronic manufacturing and integrated service solutions at their Markham, Canada facility in order to support Alstom Transport’s range of complex transportation, signalling and information systems. These services will include NPI (New Product Introduction), PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), module level assembly, system integration and test. In addition, SMTC will support Alstom Transport’s US content requirements by producing controlled products at their manufacturing facility in San Jose, California.
I do my own research, you airhead!
Ok, so it sounds more like you do like SMTC but are unhappy with the liquidity, etc., I have been here for many years also, but have to admit this is the best I have felt about the company "ever".
So many long and short term issues have been addressed that are now going to work out for the company big time and at the same time benefit shareholders more than you could have imagined. I think we are both believers in Smtc and I also was not always happy with the results that were announced in the past but that has been addressed and I think the next conference call in March will help to satisfy shareholders concerns. Lets start a truce, I think it is time for us all to reap some rewards!
PS: some pretty interesting partnerships have been developed, these guys are here for a reason
Good luck to us all and I hope you are a shareholder and we all get what we asked for.
